Given the strong growth in the market for connected objects, particularly those using wide-area network technologies, Bouygues Telecom decided to set up a company offering a connectivity solution for these objects.
This subsidiary targets BtoB customers in a wide range of sectors (utilities, agriculture, industry, new-generation buildings, health, security, local authorities, etc.) and is based on LoRa (‘Long Range’) technology, which enables terminals to communicate using a long-distance low-speed network.
Objenious is innovative in its desire to take on the Internet of Things sector by using a neologism formed from the noun object and the adjective ingenious, which immediately express the universe for which it was designed: that of connected objects.
To symbolise the flow of information and data transmission, the Objenious logo is made up of a series of geometric chips. The impression of speed inherent in the network is represented by their different sizes. To emphasise the link with Bouygues Telecom, the emblematic blue has been retained and the name Bouygues Telecom can be seen in the watermark.
