For 40 years, Biolandes Group, a globally recognized producer known for the quality of its natural extracts, has cultivated, processed, and supplied the leaders in perfumery, cosmetics, aromatherapy, and wellness worldwide.
In 2022, the group launched a brand dedicated to superior quality essential oils, targeting both professionals and consumers.
Nomen was tasked with finding the name for this new brand.
The collaborative naming methodology implemented by the agency led to the choice of the name Landema. This name reflects the brand’s connection to the Landes region, where its production workshops are located. The love for this region and for high-quality essential oils is also captured in the suffix –ema. Lastly, the desire to preserve and sustain the industry is echoed by its similarity to the French word “lendemain” (the next day).
