In October 2017, Action Logement Group merged four of its real estate subsidiaries (OGIF, RRP, SOCALOG, and ACL-PME) to create a major player in intermediate housing.
The goal is to offer housing solutions for middle-income employees. Additionally, the group aimed to introduce a new offer focused on social housing.
Nomen was consulted to create a name for both the merged entity and the new housing offer.
In’li is a contemporary name that cleverly combines “in” for innovation and “li” for “Logement Intermédiaire” (Intermediate Housing). The name suggests concepts like connection and alliance.
“Qwacio” refers to the “right equation,” reflecting a perfect match or solution, with a subtle nod to “quality.”
Both names convey practical, high-quality housing with a harmonious visual appeal, aiming to reflect innovation, connectivity, and alignment with the target market’s needs.
