OFI REIM is one of the leaders in high-end commercial real estate investment in France. Created in 2005 and controlled by its management, the company is writing a new page in its history in 2016 by strengthening its independence.
In order to reflect the end of its affiliation with Ofi, and to carry forward their ambitions, a change of name was necessary.
The name of the real estate investment profession – REIM stands for real estate investment managers – is here adorned with two vowels, giving the name good rhythm and status.
Oreima conveys an ambition: to promote its position as an independent, responsible real estate player. The name also reflects loyalty to its history and values: independence, courage and integrity.
