Our naming
process

Belvi (Belvédère Valorisation Immobilière), a real estate holding company set up in 2007, intends to adopt a brand name that will also be that of a real estate consultancy firm whose activities will cover real estate (asset management, residential or hotel property development, etc.) but also services and finance related to this sector.

The name Ikory is a reworking of the English noun hickory, a tree whose wood is often used to make percussion sticks because of its lightness and shock resistance. This timeless, reassuring, sober and elegant brand evokes the company’s core values.

The logo’s typography expresses seriousness, transparency and ethics. The symbol evokes solidity and durability, as well as support for long-term real estate projects.
