The company would like to change its identity to avoid being confused with Vauban Humanis.
The name Alken is inspired by the Greek “alke”, meaning strength. Short and technical, it evokes solidity, experience and durability. The initial letter “A” gives the name a positive, open personality, while the K, synonymous with knowledge and know-how, complements its strength.
