Bouygues Immobilier and Construction & Développement Urbain are launching a competition for architects to design new-generation student social housing in the Île-de-France region.
The competition promotes aesthetic quality based on genuine research into the organization of spaces through 5 main themes: accessibility, new forms of shared living, modularity, new technologies and sustainable development.
The competition is part of the government’s objective to build 40,000 new student accommodation units.
ID.CAMPUS is a highly graphic, modern name that expresses the ideas of design, creation and reinvention, while at the same time echoing student life and living together, which are at the heart of this project.
It’s a name that reflects the student world: young, creative, dynamic and punchy.
