In the heart of Bourg-la-Reine’s dynamic downtown area, Emerige is building 75 homes that subtly combine modernity and discreet elegance. They offer different houses from studios to 5-room apartments, including single duplexes, designed with particular care and comfort in mind.
Nomen was commissioned to create and deploy the identity of this charming new-generation residence.
The name “Cœur de Reine” symbolizes the notions of being “in the heart of” a city centre, good living and a high-end residence.
The visual identity features a light, moving plant symbol in reference to the residence’s pleasant living environment. The lower-case typography for greater closeness echoes the colour of the wood panels that characterize the building’s facade.
