This vehicle is developped by Renault and was first presented at the Geneva International Car Show. This car evokes the pleasure to drive, performance and mow CO2 emissions. Following DeZir, this futuristic car now focuses on the second part of the manufacturer’s cycle: exploring the world together.
Renault asked the Nomen agency to come up with a name for this concept, a sporty crossover with generous, athletic lines.
Based on the words, to capture, cap (heading) and futur, Captur evokes speed, moblility as well as future and innovation. This clear and international name follows Renault’s strategy, expressing notions of world exploration, appropriate for a vehicle fit for the future.
